Terms of Service

  1. The menu requires the redENGINE Lua Executor to be used
  2. You will receive a key upon purchase to use the menu inside of redENGINE. You will NOT receive the source/lua file.
  3. Refunds will only be given to customers with issues that cannot be resolved by our support team, this does not apply to issues caused by breach of our terms and conditions .
  4. We reserve to right to revoke your access to Lumia if you break our TOS at any time.
  5. You are not allowed to resell unless you are an official reseller. Doing so will result in a blacklist.
  6. We are not responsible for you getting blacklisted by a partner product such as other menus and redENGINE.
  7. Lifetime subscriptions refer to the LIFETIME OF THE PRODUCT you are not guaranteed a subscription until the end of your human life. This is also true for our other subscription lengths.
